Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & consultation
Every treatment includes a complimentary consultation. Your therapist may adjust or decline a treatment if it is not suitable for your skin or health — in that case, any amount paid for that treatment will be credited or refunded.

2. Payment
Appointments are secured once payment has been received. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking is honoured.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may forfeit the amount paid. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking when made with sufficient notice.

4. Late arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so that the next client is not delayed, and the full fee will still apply.

5. Medical disclosure
You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, medication, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status before treatment. Medical aesthetic treatments (including IV drips and injectables) are performed only after a suitability assessment by a qualified practitioner.

6. Results
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Multiple sessions and recommended home care may be required for best results.

7. Age
Clients must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or guardian with written consent.

8. Privacy (POPIA)
Your personal information is collected only to manage your appointments, communicate with you and meet our legal obligations. It is stored securely and never sold. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information at any time.

9. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are non-transferable.
